Who We Are

In the early aughts when Finale reigned supreme and keyboards were programmed internally, Exponential Music founder Nick Wilders was gifted Finale Notepad and a 127-sound Casio keyboard. These tools became the bedrock of a career arranging, orchestrating, and transcribing music for theatre and musical spaces worldwide. Through one of these projects, Nick met Ari Goldbloom-Helzner, a close and balanced collaborator for five years of musical projects. Their shared belief was that true collaboration between songwriters/composers and experts in music notation leads to iterable and gag-worthy performances.
After three years on the music team of the Off-Broadway hit Titanique, Nick joined the Broadway production as copyist, along with Ari. They’re kind of like the musical brothers you always wanted but never knew you wanted until now. And let me tell you - they’ve got your back.
